We were back at home in Denny Stadium playing Kentucky. This week we were ranked #2 in the nation coming into this game.
After the game we remain undefeated with a final score of Alabama 17, Kentucy 14. But the win was not a pretty one.
We did not play as well as we did in the Georgia game. The passing game was not productive, we had ten penalties which is unusual for this team, and while we never trailed Kentucky, we never put them away either.
Next week is an off week for us. This gives Alabama a good chancec to rest and to also correct the problems that need to be corrected. We will need it when we face Ole Miss in Tuscaloosa on October 18, 2008.

I have a new love for college football and watched part of this game. You definately have a great team this year, but it wasn't as good as the last game I'll give you that. With every great team there are great fans. I hope they appreciate your loyalty..
