Friday Foto Finish Fiesta

It's Friday Fhoto Finish Fiesta again! I try to play as much as I can. If you are interested in participating to go here. The rules and all that stuff are here so I wont repeat them.

Below is a picture of me and my first Lucky love. She has passed on to a better place but I tried to make her life as full as possible. I took her in as a stray and she had been terribly abused. It took about 1 year of constant love and training to bring her to the dog she was always meant to be. She has passed on now to a better place. I will never forget this dog. In the picture we were at an event called Paws for a Cause. It was a lot of fun that day. It was also the first time I braved public with her. This was about 12 years ago.

Dogs will always hold a special place in my heart too. We have Paws for a Cause in Michigan...what a great company (non-profit?)

Sorry your dog is gone, but it is also great that you have so many wonderful memories!

Lynn,
I remember this picture. This was the pic that you first posted at the village. Great pic, and the dog is pretty too.

sweet dog. I live in Miranda Lambert's hometown, so I definatly know about Paws.
I have a friend who gets dalmations (and keeps them for their lifetime)then when they pass she gets another and names them all Dotty. She says they all had different personalities tho

My best dog was named Thor. I am sure they are having a great time together right now.
